Hardwood Floor Issues & CTI

Hi Everybody,

I am having a problem with my hardwood floors that were installed as new construction with my condo. Specifically, the sealant is cracking and peeling off like paint on an old weathered fence. This defect is covered under the warranty provided by Armstrong and Bruce Hardwood Floors. The CTI branch that installed our floors has since gone out of business. Because of this, I am jumping through hoops trying to get things fixed.

My question to all of you Fairfieldians out there:

Has anybody out there experienced any problems/issues with your floors, and how did you resolve them?
