CPR Management is pleased to have been selected to manage Fairfield at Long Neck Condominium. We are a local company dedicated and committed to serving your community. I and the entire CPR Management team welcome the opportunity to respond to your maintenance needs and to address your questions and concerns. Our office is located just behind the Walgreens/Happy Harry’s on Hwy 1, Lighthouse Plaza in Rehoboth.

Please take a few minutes to complete and return the Questionnaire & Key Authorization. We need this as soon as possible as this questionnaire provides us with vital information about you and your unit. We will also need a key for your unit if we do not already have one on file. Please refer to the “Key List” provided to determine if Excel Property Management turned over a key for your unit.
