Subject: Use of Refuse Bin

Recently there have been incidents of people leaving furniture, chairs, floor covering, etc... on the ground along side of the refuse bin at the end of North Gloucester Circle. Additionally, a large television set was just dumped roadside between phase I and II.

Please be advised that disposition of furniture and similar bulk items is not the responsibility of the HOA and therefore not to be placed in the bin or on the ground surrounding the bin.

If you have a bulk item you need to dispose of, you should call Moor Refuse at (302)227-1212 and they will be happy to advise you of the proper disposal and cost.

We all have an obligation to maintain a clean and safe environment. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter
