These questions concern all homeowners whether you are a landlord or not. Please keep this in mind when voting this week on the referendum questions - a large portion of home buyers in this area are investors. If we prohibit rentals in our community we are excluding this group of potential buyers therefore lowering our market values. Allowing rentals but thoroughly screening renters and having active landlords is the key to keeping our community attractive and accessible to buyers.
