Has anybody downloaded the By-laws to their hard drive? I thought I did yesterday. I checked the file andit wasempty. I deleted it and came to this site to try again and on both attempts, I got a message that the file is corrupted and I couldn't go any further.

The By-Laws pdf file is still corrupted. It downloads a 3.5 MB file but will not open in Acrobat.
