Subject: Theft within Fairfield

This memo is being sent to all Fairfield Homeowners to make you aware of a recent incident of patio furniture being stolen on Saturday, November 29, 2008 between 12:30PM to 8PM in Phase II. Council was made aware of the incident by Excel and is alerting all Homeowners of the incident.

Please report any suspicious individuals or incidents directly to State Police Troop #7 at 302-855-2980. The State Police for our area are located at 18006 Coastal Highway in Lewes. All incidents should be reported to the State Police as well as Excel.
